Norwegian Grand Prix team rider Cathrine Rasmussen has acquired the 4-year old Danish warmblood licensed Zoul Mate from Andreas Helgstrand.
Zoul Mate is a Westfalian stallion by Zack out of Daylight (by Donnerhall x Lauries Crusador xx), bred by Gestüt Glanetal in Germany.
The bay stallion was approved for Danish warmblood breeding following acceptance at the Danish licensing in Herning in March this year.
Rasmussen is based in Denmark and runs the gorgeous yard Kleppenhus. She has been coping with some bad luck with her horses losing her Grand Prix Orlando to colic in 2011, her rising Grand Prix horse Belandra to colic in 2014 and her current Grand Prix horse Fernandez has been injured so she missed out on the 2014 World Equestrian Games.
Rasmussen is currently trying to convince the town council of Tveit, Norway, as she wants to build an equestrian centre in her home country.
