The 5-year old Sapperdeflap and the 6-year old Fortuna won the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the regional show in Bad Segeberg on Saturday 28 June 2015. Twenty-one horses in total contested the BuCha classes at this event, which were judged by Ute von Platen, Claudia Rating and Ulrike Zobel.
In the 5-year old division Paula de Boer steered the Oldenburg stallion Sapperdeflap (by San Amour x Lord Sinclair) to victory with 7.5. The dark bay stallion scored 8 for trot, 7 for walk, 8 for canter, 7 for submission and 7.5 for general impression. Ants Bredemeier and the Oldenburg gelding Leporello (by L'Espoir x Argentinus) finished second with 7.3. The chestnut gelding got 7 for trot, 7.5 for walk and canter, 7 for submission and 7.5 for general impression.
In the 6-year old division Sabine Oberdieck landed first place aboard her own Hanoverian mare Fortuna (by Fidertanz x De Niro). The combination scored a solid 8.0 with 9 for trot, 8 for walk, 7.5 for canter and submission and 8.5 for general impression. No less than four combinations scored 8.0 to finish second: Sascha Bohnke on Schwarzgold (by Imperio x Consul), Henrik Humpel on Cassandra AK (by Christ x Wittinger), Annika Korte on Raul (by Rosandro x Harvard) and Rieke Schnieder on Brisbane (by Belissimo M x Furst Heinrich)
