
The show jumper Chaccorino (by Chacco Blue x Larino) became the top selling horse of the 2016 AOS Auction held in Ankum, Germany, on 25 September 2016.
The AOS Auction is organized by Paul Schockemohle and included a collection of show jumping and dressage bred foals, broodmares, stallion prospects and trained young sport horses.
The top seller this year was show jumper Chaccorino which sold for 150,000 euro to Colombians.
The young jumper stallion prospect, Belgian bred No Limit van de Molenberg Z (by Nabab de Reve x Rebel II Z) fatched a price of 100,000 euro and moves to Westfalia.
Dressage stallion prospect Dancissimo (by Danciano x Diamond Hit) sold for 80,000 euro to The Netherlands. Broodmare Doxandra (by Danciano x Diamont Hit) will relocate to France for 75,000 euro.
The best selling foal at this auction was Famoure (by Furstenball x San Amour) which was acquired by Argentinian clients for 29,000 euro. The average price for a foal was approximately 10,000 euro.
Clients from France and South America eagerly bought horses at the 2016 AOS Auction, as well as stallion keepers from Denmark, Germany and The Netherlands.
