Zouzo, the price highlight of the 2019 Hanoverian Spring Elite Auction, has been sold to Andreas Helgstrand in Denmark.

Zouzo is a 5-year old Hanoverian stallion by Zack out of Sally (by Soliman de Hus x Fielman). He is bred by Günter Röhrich.

He was initially owned by Wilhelm Klausing and is approved as a stallion for Hanoverian breeding.

Swiss investor Helen Bloechlinger bought Zouzo for 165,000 euro as the price highlight of the 2019 Hanoverian Spring Elite Auction in Verden, Germany. She did so in partnership with with French Grand Prix riders Charlotte Chalvignac and her husband Jean François Vesin

The horse moved in training with Chalvignac-Vesin and received the suffix "Majishan" behind his name. Chalvignac and Zouzo made their international show debut in the 5-year old tests at the two back-to-back CDI's in Cascais, Portugal, where they scored between 82 and 89 points.

French horse dealer and trainer Vincent Guilloteau, as his new French scout, pitched Zouzo to Andreas Helgstrand and the Dane made a purchase offer which was accepted.

Zouzo will stay in France for now and has moved to Jessica Michel-Botton's stable at Haras de Hus to be prepared for the 2020 French Young Horse Championships in Fontainebleau next week.

The French parties involved in the sale gave an interview to Dressprod about this transaction.
