Two offspring out of the bloodlines of the legendary World Champion Totilas grace the collection of the 2020 PSI Auction which will take place in Ankum, Germany, on 19 December 2020.
Two auction horses sired by Totilas' son "Top Gear" are included in the collection: Takeo (by Top Gear x Fleurop) and Teutonia (by Top Gear x)
Teutonia, Great Warrior for the Dressage Arena
The 4-year old Oldenburg mare Teutonia (by Top Gear x Furst Romancier) comes from proven performance lines.
Her sire is the Totilas son Top Gear, whose dam is by Don Frederico x Sandro Hit. Last year's P.S.I. horse, Foundizia also descended from this family.
Teutonia's dam Fürstin Fantasia (by Fürst Romancier x Sir Donnerhall I x Don Schufro) produced, among others, the 2019 Bundeschampion, Saniola and the 2018 Horses and Dreams Online Auction horse Destare, who is now under the care of German 2010 WEG team rider Christoph Koschel and has a bright future ahead of him.
The dam line also produced the P.S.I. horse Forza RS2 and the Schockemöhle stallion Sezuan's Donnerhall, who is beginning to make a real name for himself in the breeding industry.
Teutonia is a young mare, who despite still being a little green, already displays an incredible hind leg activity under her rider and offers enormous potential to go up the grades easily. She is very willing, which has also been noted by trainers Johannes Augustin and Andreas Senge when doing the in-hand work with her. The Lewitz-born and bred Teutonia will certainly follow in her successful relatives’ hoof prints.
