Zuperman and Bon Vivaldi, High Scorers of the 2021 Munster Stallion Sport Test

The 4-year old Zuperman and the 5-year old Bon Vivaldi became the high scoring horses in the stallion sport test that was held in Munster-Handorf on 27 - 29 April 2021. 

In the 4-year old division 12 stallions completed the test and one dropped out, the 2019 Hanoverian stallion licensing crowd favourite Von und Zu (by Vitalis x Floriscount). In the 5-year old age category eight stallions were on the starters list, but only seven completed the test. Force Majeure MN (by For Romance x Sevillano xx) did not achieve a result. 

4-YO: Zuperman

The Oldenburg licensed Zuperman (by Vincent Maranello x Destano) was the high scorer in his age group. Ridden by Beatrice Hoffrogge, the big and muscled bay stallion scored 8.3 for walk, 8.5 for trot, 10 for canter, 8.8 for rideability and 9 for general impression to finish on a total of 8.90 points. 

The second highest score went to the Westfalian bred Macchiato (by Morricone x Just Perfect), presented by Gretha Heemsoth. He received 9 for walk, 8 for trot, 8.2 for canter, 8 for rideabikuty and 8.5 for general impression. He finished on a total of 8.29 points. 

Three stallions scored 8.0 or more. The third stallion to do so was Indianapolis (by Indian Rock). Presented by Johanna Klippert, the dark bay scored 8.7 for walk, 7 for trot, 8.5 for canter, 8 for rideability and 7.8 for general impression. This totalled 8.02 points. 

The KWPN bred Mascotte STRH (by Toto Jr x Jazz) got the fourth highest score in the group: 7.98 points. Ridden by Dutch Franka Loos, he got 7.5 for walk, 8.2 for trot, 8.5 for canter, 7.8 for rideability and 8.0 for general impression.

5-YO: Bon Vivaldi

In the 5-year old division no less than six out of seven participating stallions scored over 8.0.

The top scorer was the Westfalian stallion Bon Vivaldi (by Benicio x Vivaldi) with a total of 8.94. Owned by stallion station Ahlers and presented by Eike Bewerungen, the bay scored 7.9 for walk, 9 for trot, 9.5 for canter, 9.2 for rideability and 9.0 for general impression. 

The second best scoring 5-year old was the Westfalian bred Furst Knight EDI (by Furstenball x Quattro B) with 8.58 points. He got 9 for walk, 8.2 for trot, 8.5 for canter, 8.6 for rideability and 8.6 for general impression. 

The Oldenburg bred First Deal (by Floriscount x De Niro), ridden by Henrike Sommer, landed third place with 8.44 points. He received 8.2 for trot and 8.5 for walk canter, rideability and general impression.

Niklaas Feilzer steered Tobias Schult's Valdiviani (by Veneno x Fidertanz) to a fourth score of 8.40 points. The stallion is owned by Madeleine Winter-Schulze and intended as a future ride for Isabell Werth
