The Italian equestrian federation has selected the four horse-and-rider combinations which will represent Italy at the 2021 European Dressage Championships in Hagen, Germany, on 6 - 12 September 2021.

Unlike in 2019, when FISE decided that it was not worth sending a team to the Europeans in Rotterdam because there "were no medal chances", this year FISE has changed its mind and allowed a team to go to Hagen.

The Italian team for Hagen includes:

  • Nausicaa Maroni - Embajador SG
  • Tatiana Miloserdova  - Florento Fortuna
  • Valentina Truppa  - Ranieri
  • Francesco Zaza - Wispering Romance

The first reserve is Roberto Brenna on Diamant.

Italy will also send one individual to the 2021 European Under 25 Championships, which take place at the same time in Hagen.

The Italian rider is Valentina Remold in Fraulein Auguste MJ.
