The academy for equestrian sports Mühleck backed the right horse in 2022. Right at Easter, the "International Easter Dressage Highlight" will be held for the first time in A-8077 Gössendorf, which is sure to be an unforgettable experience for riders, horses and spectators alike!

The academy for equestrian sports Mühleck, Gössendorf in Styria set new standards in the equestrian scene with their facility built in 2020. Equipped with the latest technology, the equestrian sports center focuses on dressage and is home to one of the largest exhibition halls in Austria, which offers space for international competitions in particular. The privately financed equestrian academy was founded in 2020 by Mr. KoR Gerhard Annawitt and his wife Monika Schwarz Annawitt, MA.

The emphasis is on team spirit and fairness

Their motto "United with heart and soul" and the guiding principle "Fairness in sport with the horse as a partner" together with a technically sound classical riding education form the basic building blocks for their holistic training concept. The clear goal is to make a difference in equestrian sports to achieve an optimum in the training scale for tournament riders and horses.

Now, a tradition that has been established in Austria for many years will be continued and revived at Easter 2022 in the Mühleck equestrian center: The legendary “International Easter-Dressage-Highlight 2022!

After a 2-year break due to the pandemic, the "International Easter-Dressage-Highlight 2022" at the Mühleck Equestrian Sports Center is staffed by an international panel of ten judges (DEN, EST, FIN, GBR, GER, HUN, SUI, USA, AUT). Six out of ten judges are highly qualified 5* star judges who will also participate at the World Championships in Herning, at the World Cup final and at the European Junior Championships in Hartpury and Pilisjaszfalu.

The welfare of both people and animals is integral

An international team of stewards from AUS, USA, HUN, AUT takes care of the well-being of the horse as a sporting partner and provides extensive, well-founded knowledge during the competition. The holistic, internationally experienced team, which has been tried and tested for years and has also been involved in European championships, contributes significantly to a first-class and successful event.

Stables for competition horses
The dressage-functional, elastic, springy, dust-free and stable floors in the two riding halls, luxurious fixed boxes and tent boxes with drinking troughs as well as easy access for horse transporters - especially due to the close proximity of the A2 motorway – provide ideal conditions to host the event. In addition, the streams of spectators are separated from the dressage riding couple to allow peace and concentration for the competitors during the preparation and the assessment.

Furthermore, the use of e-dressage (paperless judging) permits the visitor to follow the competition more easily.

Under the motto " dressage and cuisine", Mrs. Monika Schwarz-Annawitt emphasizes the importance of high-quality catering on site. This sonorous Easter-Dressage-Event is rounded off with a special gala evening.
