Stable Unikornis is ready to host a 4* international dressage competition on 12 - 15 May 2022 with all-star panel of nine 5* judges officiating at this celebrated show ground in Pilisjaszfalu, Hungary.
This show is an excellent opportunity to compete in optimal conditions, in front of an experience ground jury, and to familiarize your horses with the venue in the lead-up to the 2022 European Children and Under 25 Championships in August.
Perfect Conditions for Top Sport
Situated just 28 km north of the Hungarian capital of Budapest, Stable Unikornis provides outstanding all-weather footing by Austrian company Ripro in its four spacious and quiet arenas, as well as comfortable stabling for the horses.
The CDI 4* features a full programme with classes for young horses, pony, children, juniors, young riders, U25 and a full small and big tour competition.
The ground jury boasts no less than eight 5* judges, including Katrina Wüst, Sissy Max-Theurer, Thomas Lang, Christof Umbach, Susanne Baarup, Evi Eisenhardt, Clive Halsall, Henning Lehrmannn, and 4* judge Orsolya Hillier.
Commitment to the Sport
Pilisjaszfalu show host is Arie Tom-Tov, a Hungarian entrepreneur and real estate mogul Arie, who has shown passionate commitment to the promotion of dressage sport in Hungary over the years.
Since 2019 he has hosted no less than 6 international competitions at Stable Unikornis, including a World Cup qualifier and the all-comprising 2020 European Youth Championships, which enabled a continental summer championships for all five youth categories from ponies to Under 25 in the troubled corona year that saw all major shows cancelled.
For 2022 Yom Tom will not only bring Europe's best back to Pilisjaszfalu for the CDI 4* in May, but also host the 2022 European Children and Under 25 Championships on 24 - 28 August 2022.
In addition, the Yom-Tov Group and his Dutch dressage stable Sport Horse Horses in Uden, The Netherlands, are the title sponsors of the "4-year old Challenge" to be held at the FEI World Breeding Championships for Young Dressage Horses (WCYH) in Ermelo, The Netherlands, for the next three years.
Perfect Preparation for Summer Championships
The 2022 CDI Pilisjaszfalu will provide a unique opportunity to compete and familiarize horses with the show grounds in preparation of a potential start at the European Championships this summer. Riders with sensitive horses can come early to Budapest and allow their horses to acclimatize and acquaint with the venue and atmosphere.
Also for Asian riders based in Europe, the show offers a platform to achieve their Minimum Eligibility Requirement scores for the 2022 Asian Games on 16 - 19 September in Hangzhou, China, and obtain team qualification marks from these 5* judges.
