Polish junior rider team member Caroline Pawluk has withdrawn from competing at the 2022 European Junior Riders Championships in Hartpury, Great Britain, 25 - 30 July 2022.

Pawluk was selected to represent Poland with the 13-year old Baden Wurttemberger bred Fatum (by Furst Hohenstein x Furst Heinrich). The pair is trained by Ton de Ridder.

"With a heavy heart, Fatum and I will not be competing at the European Youth Championships in Hartpury as Fatum sustained a minor injury," said Pawluk. "The health and happiness of my horse will always be top priority."

Pawluk is the 2021 Polish Junior Champion and represented Poland the first time at the 2021 European Championships in Oliva Nova.

No reserve combinations were announced on the website of the Polish equestrian federation, although Taja Zoll was named as reserve. She declined to substitute.

Poland will be represented in Hartpury by Aleksandra Błachno, Natalia Plata, and Dionizy Polikowski.
