Italian young rider team member Beatrice Arturi has sold her team horse Grandeur to Japan. He will continue there as a schoolmaster for a Japanese young rider.
Grandeur is an 11-year old KWPN gelding by Charmeur out of Brunettezelma (by Krack C x Oscar). He is bred by M. van Alphen
Holland
As a foal he sold in the 2011 Borculo Foal Auction and became listed as owned by Liesbeth van Oosten of VMF stables.
He was competed in The Netherlands by the Dutch based Swiss rider Laura Rique, followed by Dennis Roijakkers who showed him at Advanced Medium and in the horse's first small tour classes.

Italy
Grandeur sold to Mauro Arturi for his daughter Beatrice to ride.
The pair made its international show debut straight away at the 2020 European Young Riders Championships in Pilisjaszfalu in the first corona year and placed 26th in the individual test with 67.441%.
In 2021 they competed at CDI's in Montefalco and Ornago before heading to the 2021 European Young Riders Championships in Oliva Nova, where they were 23rd in the individual test with 68.412%.
In 2022 Arturi accepted a rider's job at Gestut Sprehe and moved to Germany. She campaigned Grandeur at the CDI's in Lier, Troisdorf and Meerle, but chose Daily Deal for the European Championships and Grandeur was her reserve ride.
Japan
Grandeur has now been sold as a schoolmaster for the Japanese U25 rider Yurie Yoshida.
