The Swedish equestrian federation has announced the pony and senior teams that will represent Sweden at the 2023 Nordic Baltic Championships in Drammen, Norway on 28 June - 2 July 2023.

Pony team captain Anette Svanberg has selected two teams for FEI pony level, the category 1 for the "end-size" ponies and category 2 for the smaller ponies.

Senior team captain Bo Jenå made his selection for Drammen, but will not be present as he's taking the elite riders to Aachen. Stig Malmén will be Chef d'Équipe on site in Drammen.

"This is a group that has a good chance of winning a medal," said Jena. "Many of them performed really well at the Swedish Championships.  It will be really exciting to see what they can do in a sharp situation."
