As the busy competition season continues at speed, some of biggest names in dressage are making plans for winter demos across Europe and North America.

Fresh from the week at CHIO Aachen, where Equestrian Management Agency were supporting a number of their riders, Eurodressage caught up with the agency to discuss the busy 2023 masterclass programme ahead.

Busy 2023 Masterclass Programme

First up is Aachen’s triple winner, Jessica von Bredow Werndl who will be leading the line-up, with her first masterclass in the UK on October 1st; an event Carl Hester has cited as a “great opportunity for UK dressage fans” in his regular column for Horse and Hound.

Carl Hester himself heads to Thunderbird Show Park in Canada on the 8th October and is looking forward to returning to the area and working with the riders from Young Horses through to Grand Prix.

Long term protegee, Charlotte Dujardin will be giving her first masterclass of the year at the Scottish National Equestrian Center on October 21st and 22nd, as the ever-popular clinician continues to draw the crowds – and the waitlists!

The British Dressage National Convention has teamed up with the agency for this year’s event with EMA announcing Laura Tomlinson, Carl Hester, Gareth Hughes taking part alongside Dujardin. Valegro will also be making an appearance at the Convention, which comes after the stable celebrated his 21st birthday yesterday.

Jessica and Benjamin Werndl will be in Ocala, FL
Olympic Champion, Jessica von Bredow Werndl, together with Benjamin Werndl will then be heading to the World Equestrian Center on December 8th and 9th to give a rare and joint masterclass at the expanding venue, something the Ocala community is already very excited for.

Watch, Listen, and Learn

The dressage clinicians will work with a variety of rider and horse combinations from young horses through the Grand Prix across the masterclasses, giving those who secure tickets, a glimpse into the training methods which have taken these riders onto podiums for years. Demo riders can apply via the EMA website.

EMA has been the strategic rider management team behind some of the most upcoming and well-known riders in the sport for ten years and has been expanding its agency offering into events, consultancy, and the forthcoming commerce platform, The House of EMA.

Their events division is well established in the masterclass space seen in the recent partnership with British Dressage to deliver the National Dressage Convention in November as well as the recently announced alliance with the Chio Aachen Campus which will see Charlotte Dujardin heading to Germany in September for her first masterclass in the country.

Kirkland Dressage, the rising UK sales and training stable, is onboard as a partner of the EMA Events for the year, joining Roeckl, LeMieux and African Horse Safaris, with more major brand sponsors announced next week.

All event tickets are on sale and more details can be found on the EMA website.
