The equestrian federation of the Dominican Republic will be fielding two individual riders to the 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile, at the end of October.

The Dominican Republic did not qualify a team for the Pan Ams, but will be represented by two riders. They are:

Stephanie Engstrom on the 11-year old Belgian bred and AES registered Resperanzo (by Ariane's Razottie x Rohdiamant). The pair made its international show debut in May 2023 in Ocala at small tour level and from there went to the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games in Santo Domingo, where they were 9th in the Inter I kur to Music finals.

The second rider is the "banner man" for dressage for the Dominican Republic: double Olympian Yvonne Losos de Muniz. She will compete in the big tour and will either take the 18-year old KWPN mare Aquamarijn (by United x Gribaldi), which she last competed at the 2022 World Championships in Herning, or the 13-year old KWPN mare Famke PF (by Houston x Cabochon) which Yvonne rode once internationally at the CDI Wellington in March.
