2024 Swedish Dressage Championships

Josefine Lindstedt and Falco became the winners of the 2024 Swedish Pony Championships held at Laholm equestrian center on 0 - 11 August 2025.

Three weeks earlier Lindstedt and Falco were members of the Swedish team that won historic team bronze at the European Pony Championships in Opglabbeek, Belgium.

At the National Championships Josefine Lindstedt and her 11-year old Dutch Welsh pony bred Falco (by Leuns Veld's Winston x Hagelkruis Valentijn) ruled the pack over three rounds. They were second in the team test with 71.714 %, third in the individual test with 71.486% and won the Kur to Music with 76.17%.

The silver medal was for Wilma Bornhager aboard the 13-year old German bred Tackmann's Hochgenuss (by Highway N x Llanarth Fire Flyer), while bronze went to Annie Walfridsson aboard the Swedish bred Dogge Doggelito (by Verdi RP x Scherasmin).

"They have gone from strength to strength in a short time and are really deserving of this gold today," said Swedish pony team captain Anette Svanberg.

In the FEI pony division for smaller C-size ponies, Angelina Brink won aboard Weber af Konigshoj. It was their last dance as Brink outgrew the pony and he will be allocated to her younger brother Oliver.
