A La Bonheur became the price highlight of the 2024 Hofauktion Borgmann on 17 August 2024.
Westfalian horse breeder Stephan Borgmann offered a collection of 22 home bred dressage horses in his bi-annual hybrid auction.
The 4-year old bay stallion A La Bonheur (by About YHou I x Bretton Woods) was the most wanted horse in the collection and sold for 250,000 euro to a German investor.
The second most expensive horse was the 4-year old stallion Award (by About You I x AC/DC) which sold for 81,000 euro.
The 3-year old gelding Allright (by About You I x AC-DC) fetched 65,000 euro, while the 5-year old mare Divita (by Discover x Estobar) found a new owner for 40,000 euro.
The 4-year old Accessoire (by About You I x Ehrentusch) sold for 38,000 euro.
Pauline Bord acquired the 5-year old mare Another Love (by AC-DC x Bretton Woods). Bord is an assistant rider for Petra Hofmann.
