The Italian equestrian federation has nominated the riders for its team to represent Italy at the 2025 European Para Dressage Championships in Ermelo, The Netherlands, on 3 - 7 September 2025.

The nominations were based on the recommendation of the para dressage selection committee, which includes Barbara Ardu, Alessandro Benedetti, and Francesco Girardi.

Nominated for Italy are:

  • Massimiliano Chiatante – Un Euro
  • Sara Morganti – Mariebelle (reserve horse: Royal Delight)
  • Francesca Salvadè – Escari
  • Federica Sileoni – Leonardo (reserve horse: No-Way)
    • reserve: Carola Semperboni – Shiraz

The release of the nominative entries led to some confusion as Chiatante announced his nomination on Instagram, but then removed it shortly afterwards. A dispute about his spot and  Semperboni's reserve place lies at the base.
