The absence of Bianca Nowag-Aulenbrock's name with mare Florine OLD from the recently announced B-squad list can be explained. The mare has been sold.
Florine OLD is a 13-year old Oldenburg mare by Foundation out of Lola (by Lauries Crusador xx x Grand Cru x Wonderful). ). She is bred by Klaus Gustenberg.
Up to S-Level
The chestnut mare was first competed as a 4-year old by Kerstin Busse after which owner Kirsten Grawunder took over in 2017.
In 2018 Maike Mende took over the ride for the owner and took Florine from L-level to developing Prix St Georges. The mare was carefully developed and competed up the levels, even though she did not compete in any national championship.
In 2019 she was named second reserve for the German team for the 2019 World Young horse Championships in Ermelo. The pair also became reserve Young Riders Champions at the 2019 Westfalian Regionals in Greven.
Sold to Denmark, Remains in Germany
In 2020 Mende and Florine competed in the small tour at the K+K Cup in Munster, after which the mare sold to horse dealer Andreas Helgstrand after being tipped by Oliver Oelrich.

Bianca Nowag
In November 2020 Florine sold to German Young Rider Elisabeth von Wulffen as her Under 25 hopeful, but she ended up never competing the mare.
Instead, von Wulffen's trainer Bianca Nowag took over the ride and had a very successful international Grand Prix campaign with her between 2022 and 2025. The pair made its national debut in February 2021 in Mönchengladbach and its CDI debut in Lier in March 2022, scoring 69.913% in their first GP test. That year they further showed in Hagen and Ermelo.
2023 became their break-out year with starts in the World Cup qualifiers in Numunster, Lyon and Stuttgart, as well as representing Germany at the CDIO Compiegne and in Aachen. In September 2023 they produced their career high scores in Hagen with a 74.804% in the Grand Prix and 75.660% in the Special, raising the interest of the German selectors. They got B-squad listed. They were 7th in the Kur at the 2023 German Dressage Championships.

The CDI Aachen in July 2025 was their last CDI. Their last national show was the Turnier der Sieger in Munster in August.
Sold
The Von Wulffen family has sold Florine OLD as a Grand Prix schoolmaster to a youth rider from Baden Wurttemberg.
"It's very hard and sad but I know that she will make someone so happy and will learn her so much as she did it for myself," Bianca told Eurodressage. "We took this decision all together and I am very very thankful to Florine and the Wulffen family for this big opportunity in my career the last year."
