A chestnut Vitalis x Fidermark colt with no name became the best selling foal of the 2026 Rhinelander Foal Auction held at Gut Schwalmbruch on 15 May 2026.
A collection of 13 foals was on offer. Six foals sold for 10,000 euro or more.
The top seller was Johannes Baumeister's colt by Vitalis out of Fioccina (by Fidermark x Mephistopheles) which sold to a local bidder for 25,000 euro. This colt was also the winner of the foal inspection and the buyer is reportedly the owner of Gut Schwalmbruch.
The second most expensive foal was Sabrina Flosbach's bay Hanoverian colt by Dynamite out of Deva Estelle (by Dancier Gold x Enzo Ferrari) which fetched 20,000 euro.
Filly Tequila T (by Total Love x Rubinio) went for 12,000 euro and colt Gin Tonic (by Great Escape x Fursten-Look) found a new owner for 10,000 euro.
Venecia (by Vuelta x Morricone) fetched 8,750 euro, Donya AJ (by Donkey Boss x First Deal) sold for 8,000 euro. Vasco da Gama (by Vjento x L'Espoir) and Golden Glamour (by Glamdale x Franziskus) sold for 7,750 euro. Schneewittchen MB (by Sir Heinrich x Dankeschon) ha a hammer price of 5,750 euro.
