Denmark

Danish Under 25 team rider Frederikke Gram Jacobsen has obtained a new horse from her parents for her future sport career, (Blue Hors) Visconti.

Visconti is a 10-year old Oldenburg gelding by Vivaldi out of Josephine (by Just Perfect x Rubinstein). He is bred by Rudolf Richard.

Blue Hors

The chestnut gelding was scouted by Blue Hors stud at the 2016 Oldenburg Elite Foal Auction in Vechta, Germany where they bought the foal for 55,000 euro.

He began his sport career under Tania Joensen in 2020, competing in the 4-year old classes. In 2021 she took him to the Danish young horse championships and placed 9th in the consolation finals for 5-year olds, which were won by Betina Jaeger on Hussmanns Topgun.

Cristian Tudela Ruiz took over the ride in 2022 and placed 12th in the 6-year old finals at the Danish young horse championships.

On the Move

As Blue hors stud downsized in 2024, Visconti was sold and moved into training with Daniel Bachmann Andersen, who debuted him at MA-level in February 2025.

Bachmann showed the chestnut three more times through May 2025 at Intermediaire I level.

Frederikke Gram Jacobsen

Visconti has been acquired by the Gram Jacobsen family for daughter Frederikke to ride. She debuted her new horse on 26 September at MA-level at a show in Solrød Strand and scored 72.359% for the win.

"We did our first competition, after two months together," said Frederikke about "Mister V". "He did such a good job, and we were able to take the win with 72%. I’m so unbelievably grateful for this horse."

Frederikke works as an assistant rider for Danish Olympian Anna Kasprzak and competed on the Danish team at the 2026 European Under 25 Championships with Anna's RGS Finest Alegra (by Finest x Ampère) .They won team silver and were 13th in the Kur to Music.
