Henrik Brinkmann of horsesale24 is specialized in finding rising and confirmed international calibre Grand Prix horses. Successful in matching the right horse to the demanding rider, Brinkmann can boast an impressive clientele, including Steffen Peters and Akiko Yamazaki, for which he has found young FEI stars as well as talented future Grand Prix horses.

Founded in May 2013, Horsesale24 finds high potential horses in every age class with quality and talent for a successful international career. In one year time, Brinkmann has been able, for instance, to connect 2014 U.S. Small Tour Champion Rosamunde, 2014 U.S. Reserve Champion Apassionata (both ridden by Steffen Peters), and 2014 U.S. Top Ranked 5-year old Sans Souci K (Ashleigh Luca Tyson) to the right owners who have enabled these horses to develop and bloom in the show ring under experienced riders.

The 27-year old Henrik has studied Law as well as Business and Economics and is a Master of Science Management. His roots lie in the equestrian world as his father owns and operates stud farm Gestut Hülsdau near Düsseldorf, Germany. Brinkmann has always been fascinated by horse breeding and the dressage sport. He has researched dam lines and analysed breeding statistics which has helped to push their stud farm to another level.  Hülsdau has produced several licensed stallions, including premium stallion Rapace (by Romanov x Sandro Hit) who is selected to compete at the 2014 Bundeschampionate in September. Gestüt Hülsdau is a medium sized equestrian business with approximately 25 horses from foals up to youngsters.

Henrik has a love for dressage but always had an interest in other sports as well, particularly in soccer and tennis.  The origins of his company horsesale24 can be traced back to 2000, the year when his father acquired the filly De La Noche (by Del Piero x Davignon I). This mare developed into an impressive black Grand Prix horse and sold as schoolmaster to Akiko Yamazaki in 2010. This was Henrik's first step in connecting riders and horses at the highest level in the international dressage world. Friendships developed and by attending competitions, Henrik has established a network of loyal clients from all over the world.

In May 2013 U.S. Young riders champion Brandi Roenick was looking for a potential Grand Prix horse. Mom Tracy Roenick got acquainted with Henrik during a visit in California in 2011 and Henrik knew straight away that the 7-year old black mare Apassionata (by Sir Donnerhall I) would be the perfect match for Brandi. Already on the first try-out Roenick clicked with the mare and a sale ensued.

Horsesale24 is a professional business assisting buyers and sellers in an easy, trouble-free purchase. By providing a bilingual purchase agreement through family law firm Brinkmann, Dewert & Partner, by conducting the vet check at respectable equine clinics, and by organizing the shipping via  renowned transport company Guido Klatte, the whole purchase process can run smoothly.

"Horsesale24 and I have developed a great business relationship," said Steffen Peters. "Every horse transaction has been very smooth. Pre purchase exams, sales contracts and transportation were always perfectly organized."  Yamazaki added that "I was so happy to be able to count on Henrik's help when we purchased Rosamunde and Chopin. Henrik is a new breed of dealers and a breath of fresh air. Henrik has an impressive network and is able to present you with a great selection of horses. He is very tech-savvy and can quickly collect a lot of information about the candidates. He makes the process of buying a horse efficient, easy and fun.”

Motivated by this successful experience, Henrik has founded horsesale24. He aims to match the right horses to clients, who search for international calibre dressage horses.  With connections to breeders, trainers and owners all over Europe, horsesale24 can offer a large collection of talented horses from foals, to youngsters, to future Olympic stars, to established schoolmasters. He finds horses for endeavouring amateurs, ambitious junior/young riders, aspiring Under 25 riders as well as professional Grand Prix riders.
