The 5-year old Maximus and the 6-year olds Benedetto and Dante's Luca became the winners of the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the regional show in Dallgow on 19 June 2021.
5-YO: Maximus
Eight combinations rode the L-level dressage horse test for 5-year olds, which was judged by Julia Graalfs, Alyona Bilann and Wolf-Rudiger Beissert.
Katrin Knetsch and Susanne Lutz' Oldenburg gelding Maximus (by Millennium x Hotline) aced the class with an 8.3 total score. The gelding reecived 8.5 for walk, trot, and canter, 7.5 for submission and 8.5 for general impression. Catherine Mayer and Silke Pelzer's Oldenburg stallion Flamboyant de Carree (by Franklin x Fidertanz) were the runners-up with 8.2 points. The stallion got 7.5 for walk, 8.5 for trot and canter, 8 for submission and 8.5 for general impression.
6-YO: Benedetto and Dante's Luca
The M-level dressage horse test for 6-year olds was judged by Julia Graalfs, Alyona Bilan and Torsten Dchmiedt.
Just 6 combinations participated and there were two winners who tied in first place on an 8.0 total score. Stephanie Fiedler and the Brandenburger state stud bred and owned stallion Benedetto (by Bombastic x San Muscadet) topped the board after receiving 7.5 for walk, 8.5 for trot, and 8 for canter, submission and general impression. Alexandra Struzynski and her home bred Oldenburg gelding Dante's Luca (by Dante Weltino x Royal Diamond) got 8.5 for walk and canter, 8 for trot, 7 for submission and 8 for general impression.
