The 4-year old Salt Lake City became the best selling horse in the collection that was offered for sale in the 2023 Hanoverian April Online Auction for which the bidding concluded on 22 April 2023.
Salt Lake City (by Secret x Sandro Hit), bred by Leon Karsten sold for 82,000 euro to Mexico. The horse was offered for sale by Johann von der Decken who bought the horse at the 2021 Hanoverian Elite Auction. Mexicans also bought Brillant (by Benicio x Le Primeur) for 39,500 euro.
The second most expensive horse was the 3-year old Black Label (by Bourbon x ampere) who fetched 44,000 euro and moves to Spain.
The best selling show jumper was Desfaction (by Diaron x Satisfaction) who moves to South Germany for 42,000 euro.
Der Didi (by Dohnanyi x Imperio) moves to Spain for 36,000 euro, while the same price was paid for Egon (by Escolar x Royal Blend). He goes to Sweden.
Danish customers bought Fun and Joy (by Furst Belissaro x Sam Amour) for 32,500 euro.
French buyers also purchased Secret Dream (by Secret x Lauries Crusador xx) for 18,500 euro and Lou Bega (by Licosto x Millennium) for 15,500 euro.
Swiss clients got Quality Time (by Quantensprung x Charmeur) for 16,500 euro.
On average, 54 young horses sold for an average price of 20,740 euro.
