Crispino, the champion of the 2023 Westfalian Pony Stallion Licensing, became the price highlight of the OnLive auction which concluded on 10 December 2023.
Fourteen licensed and 8 non licensed riding pony stallions were for sale at the Westphalian stallion market for riding pony stallions. These included the champion stallion of the pony licensing and two other premium stallions.
The 2.5-year old Crispino (by Cosmopolitan D x Hesselteichs Golden Dream), bred and owned by Simone Visser, was the champion of the licensing and sold for the highest price at auction: 32,000 euro.
The second most expensive pony stallion was Nonplusultra (by FS Numero Uno x Coco Jambo), bred by Josef and Christiane Wilbers. He sold for 23,000 euro and is the fourth licensed son out of this dam.
Grand Cru K (by Genesis BL x Genesis B) had the highest bid of 19,500, while Dutch clients bought the premium stallion Diamond Style (by Dating AT x Danny Gold) for the same price of 19,500 euro.
A client from Hong Kong bought Middendort's Talisman (by Jonker's Jayden x Houdringe's Raspoetin) for 12,500 euro.
The warmblood horse bred Diamantenfieber VEC (by Dimaggio Black x Fidertanz) was the most expensive non-licensed stallion. He sold for 9,000 euro.
Of the 22 young stallions on offer, 15 changed hands that afternoon. The average price for a licensed pony stallion was 17,032 euro. A non-licensed stallion cost 7,214 euro.
