Only three days into the new year and the first online auction has taken place. The DSP society auctioned a capsule collection of rising 3-year olds on 3 January 2025.
A collection of nine horses was on offer, but just seven came up for auction.
The best seller was the colt Final Countdown (by Fynch Hatton x De Niro) which sold for 12,750 euro. He is bred and owned by Wolfgang Reich.
the chestnut Von Herzen de Colonia (by Vaderland x Dankeschön), bred by Nobert Weiss and presented by Georg and Leonie Kellerwessel, sold for 11,500 euro.
Three horses had a bid of 8,250 euro: My Friend (by Maddox Mart x Danciano), Vesuv (by Valverde x Scarlatti), and Flatrate (by Fair Deal x Diamond Hit). Belmondo (by Bohemian x Kaiserstolz) went for 8,000 euro.
