Swedish Eva Salomon has been recruited as new Head of Operations at Jenny Linden Urnes' dressage stable Christinelund in Helsingborg, Sweden.
She assumes responsibility on 1 May 2021 and will run and develop the operational activities in close collaboration with Sofie Lexner, the Head Rider at Christinelund Dressage.
From Lausanne to the USA
Salomon has been trotting the globe filling top positions for international equestrian federations.
She initially worked with the Swedish Federation from 1984-1989 and then served on the Swedish Dressage Committee from 1992-2000, including Chef d' Equipe assignments – and chairing the committee from 1995-2000.
She was hired as the FEI Dressage Director from 2003-2009 based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
She moved to Lexington, KY, in the United States, accepting the job as U.S. Dressage Chef D'Equipe and Managing Director from 2009 till 2012.
Return to Sweden
In January 2013, Salomon resigned as USEF Managing Dressage direction, expression a desire to return to Sweden to be closer to her family.
Most recently Salomon worked as head of operations at Helsingborg Fältrittklubb, while also working as a consultant to equestrian company Dressage Power, among others.
“I am filled with enthusiasm and a great desire to develop Christinelund Dressage's business and brand," said Eva.
“Eva’s leadership, broad experience and ability to build strong networks is going to be very valuable on our continued journey," says Jenny Lindén Urnes.
