In the FEI Board Meeting via videoconference, which took place on 15 and 16 June 2021, the FEI allocated the venue for some upcoming European Championships.

The 2021 European Dressage Championships for Young Riders and Under 25 Riders will take place in 2023 in Pilisjaszfalu, Hungary.  The set dates are 11 - 16 July 2023.

This venue, Arie Yom-Tov's Stable Unikornis just north of Budapest, already hosted the 2020 European Youth Championships, coming to the rescue of all cancelled Europeans in the 2020 covid year.

Pilisjaszfalu was already allocated the 2022 European Children and Under 25 Championships, but for 2023 has been given two age categories closer connected to one another. This is the first time that the Junior and Young Riders category have been split up between two different shows in almost two decades.
