At the annual Trakehner spring licensing at the Westfalian headquarters in Munster-Handorf, six stallions were approved for Trakehner breeding.
The 2022 Trakehner "spring meeting" took place on 5 and 6 February 2022. While last year this meeting took place in an online version streamed live, this year it was "back to normal" with an albeit smaller audience. The event is always two-pronged: a licensing following by a stallion show.
Six stallions were approved, five of them Trakehner bred and the Thoroughbred Agamemdon xx.
The licensed stallions are:

- Feiner Traum“ (by Lebenstraum x Sixtus) - Breeder: Siegfried Lask - owner: Karl Ochnser
- Avalon‘s Easy (by Easy Game x Hibiskus) - Breeder: Dagmar Spille - owner: Isabelle Hendel
Approved are:

- Elano (by Kentucky x Cornus) - Breeder: Krzysztof Chmiel - Owner: Sportpferde Kurbel
