Element of Crime, a Escamillo x Bretton Woods colt, was named champion of the 2022 DSP Stallion Licensing held at the Brandenburg State stud in Neustadt/Dosse on 3 - 5 March 2022.
This DSP licensing, also known as "Schaufenster der Besten". A collection of 27 dressage bred stallions was presented, 13 of them were licensed. Three colts received the "premium" label.
The champion was Element of Crime, a black Escamillo x Bretton Woods x Sandro Hit from the Pauline dam line, bred and owned at the Brandenburger state stud in Neustadt/Dosse.
The reserve champion was also a Neustadt/Dosse home bred colt: the grey Bloomingdale (by Belantis x Rubin Royal x Gotland).
A Marc Cain x Rubinstein x Inselfuerst colt, bred by Gerhard Ikena, and owned by Rueben Equestrian, was the third premium stallion.
