The FEI has appointed the ground jury for the 2023 European Championships for pony, children, junior and young riders as well as for the Under 25 riders.
In 2023 the European Youth Championships will be spread out over three events in three different countries.
European Pony Championships
The 2023 European Pony Championships take place in Le Mans (FRA) on 27 - 30 July 2023.
The ground jury includes
- Isabelle Judet (FRA) - president
- Susanne Baarup (DEN)
- Magnus Ringmark (SWE)
- Thomas Kessler (GER)
- Eva-Maria Vint-Warmington (EST)
The reserve judge is Freddy Leyman (BEL), the Foreign Technical Delegate is Carlos Lopes (POR), the Chief Steward is Geir Madland (NOR) and the Judging Supervisory Panel will include Andrew Gardner (GBR) and Henk van Bergen (NED).
European Children and Junior Championships
The 2023 European Children and Junior Championships take place at Gestut Schafhof in Kronberg (GER) on 20 - 23 July 2023.
The ground jury for the children includes:
- Ulrike Nivelle (GER) - president

- Barbara Ardu (ITA)
- Frances Verbeek (NED)
- Christof Umbach (LUX)
The ground jury for the juniors includes:
- Katrina Wüst (GER) - president

The reserve judge is Marietta Almasy (FRA), the Foreign Technical Delegate is Mariette Withages (BEL), the chief steward is Petra Choc (AUT) and the Judging Supervisory Panel will include David Hunt (GBR) and Evi Eisenhardt (GER).
European Young Riders and Under 25 Championships
The 2023 European Young Riders and Under 25 Championships will take place at stable Unikornis in Pilisjaszfalu (HUN) on 11 - 16 July 2023.
The ground jury for the young riders includes:

The reserve judge is Eva-Maria Vint-Warmington (EST), the Foreign Technical Delegate is Maja Stukelj (SLO), the chief steward is Didier Deschauwer (BEL), and the Judging Supervisory Panel will include David Hunt (GBR) and Henk van Bergen (NED).
