Ground Jury Appointed for 2023 Pan American and Central American & Caribbean Games

The FEI has appointed the ground jury for the 2023 Pan American Games as well as for the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games. 

The 2023 Pan American Games will take place in Santiago, Chile on 20 - 25 October 2023 and are an important intercontinental qualifier for the 2024 Paris Olympics. 

The ground jury includes:

  • Magnus Ringmark (SWE) - President
  • Michael Osinski (USA)
  • Cesar Torrente (COL)
  • Carlos Lopes (POR)
  • Cara Whitham (CAN)

Janet Foy (USA) will serve as foreign technical delegate while Lisa Gorretta (USA) is the chief steward. 

The 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games take place in Santo Domingo (DOM) on 24 June till 3 July 2023. 

The ground jury includes: 

  • Marian Cunningham (PER) - president
  • Jane Weatherwax (USA)
  • Claudia Moreira de Mesquita (BRA)
  • Cesar Lopardo Grana (ARG)
  • Frederico Pinteus (POR)

Carlos Lopes (POR) will serve as foreign technical delegate while Cristina Gonzalez (COL) is the chief steward.
