The 4-year old Dream Royal and the 5-year old Best Future became the high scoring stallions in the stallion sport test that was held in Munich-Riem on 1 - 3 March 2023.
Only 10 stallions participated in this sport test, five in the 4-year old division and five in the 5-year old class.
4-YO: Dream Royal
Dream Royal (by Don Royal x Quadroneur) bested the field in the 4-year old group with a total score of 8.82 points. He received 8.5 for walk, 8.6 for trot, 9 for canter, rideability and general impression. Don Royal was the champion of the 2022 DSP Stallion Licensing
Gestut Sprehe's still nameless colt by Erdinger x Desperados became the runner-up with a total of 8.15 points. He got 8 for walk, 7.8 for trot, 8.5 for canter, 8.3 for rideability and 8 for general impression.
5-YO: Best Future
Best Future (by Benicio x Don Diamond) was a league of his own in the 5-year old group, totalling 8.9 points. He got 8.5 for walk, 8.8 for trot, 9.2 for canter, and 9 for rideability and general impression. This liver chestnut was the champion of the 2021 DSP Stallion Licensing in Neustadt/Dosse.
Ironman Black M (by Ibiza x Weltmeyer x Cornus) finished second with 8.33 points. The committee awarded him 8 for walk and canter, 8.5 for trot, 8.7 for rideability and 8.2 for general impression.
