The German equestrian federation has named the team that will represent Germany at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.
Germany will be fielding the following four riders
Martina Benzinger (Grade I) on Nautika (18-year old Lipizzaner mare by Pluto Darina – Favory Santa, breeder: Peter Lewandowsky, owner: Jörg Jüngling und Martina Benzinger, groom: Isabel Rink)
Heidemarie Dresing (Grade II) on Dooloop (12-year old Oldenburger gelding by Dressage Royal – Rouletto, breeder: Pferd 24 GmbH, owner: Heidemarie Dresing, groom: Silke Fleper)
Regine Mispelkamp (Grade V) on Highlander Delight’s (12-year old KWPN gelding by Florencio – Jazz, breeder: Frank Kasteren, NED, owner: Regine Mispelkamp, groom: Nicole Hochstrat)
Anna-Lena Niehues (Grade IV) on Quimbaya (11-year old Westfalian mare by Quatertime – Samarant, breeder: Josef Bramlage, owner: Anna-Lena Niehues, groom: Tabea Sauer)
The reserve rider is Isabell Nowak (Grade V) on Siracusa OLD (13-year old Oldenburger gelding by Sir Donnerhall I – Don Schufro, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Isabell Nowak, groom: Torsten Nowak)
