Colic

"The best often go first, and so yesterday we had to say goodbye to our beloved stallion Livaldon with a heavy heart," the owner explaind. "Last week he underwent a serious colic operation from which he unfortunately never recovered. To spare him further suffering, we put the 14-year-old stallion to sleep yesterday evening."

Celle concluded, "we will miss Livaldon very much at the Celle State Stud, but he will continue to leave his mark in breeding and in sport through his offspring."
