Kristina Harrison-Antell has become the 2025 recipient of the Dressage Foundation's $25,000 Anne L. Barlow-Ramsay Grant for U.S.-Bred Horses.
The purpose of the Grant is to showcase talented American-bred horses ridden by United States citizens, by providing money to train and compete in Wellington, Florida, or in Europe.
Juilliard DG
Kristina Harrison-Antell received the grant for making a combination with the U.S. bred Juilliard DG.
Juilliard DG is an 11-year-old Dutch Warmblood owned by Emily Murray and bred by DG Bar Ranch in California. Kristina has trained Juilliard since he was three years old and has a successful record on the West Coast as he has come up through the levels. With her grant funding, Kristina will travel to Wellington, Florida, for the winter season and train with Charlotte Bredahl.
Grow, Learn, Gain Experience
Harrison-Antell stated, "developing young horses from the ground up has long been a passion of mine, which makes receiving this grant especially meaningful. I’m proud to be riding and training multiple horses that have been bred right here in the United States. With the support of this grant, we will continue to grow, learn, and gain valuable experience and confidence as we work toward our goal of representing the United States in international competition.
Since 2008, thirteen recipients have been awarded a $25,000 grant for training or competition.
