Ibiza Dream, the Bundeschampionate silver medal winner of 2021, has been sold to German junior rider Eve Catherine Bartels.
Ibiza Dream is an 8-year old Rhinelander registered stallion by Ibiza out of Diamond Lady (by Dimaggio x Benetton Dream). He is bred by Axel Windeler.
Licensed Stallion
He was licensed at the private licensing held in April 2020 and approved for Oldenburg a year later.
Ibiza Dream did his 14-day stallion suitability test in Adelheidsdorf in September 2020 and scored a total of 830 points with 8,95 for dressage and 7,38 for show jumping. He did one of two sport tests. At the sport test in March 2022 he scored 8,81 points and the rest of his licensing duties he fulfilled through sport.
He has 32 offspring registered for sport or breeding with the German equestrian federation and one licensed son, Ibero Dream (out of a Florestan mare). This son also goes by the name Invictus Dream.
Sport Career
He was first trained and competed by Anna-Sophie Fiebelkorn and went to the 2020 Bundeschampionate, where he finished 7th.
In 2021 Sina Aringer rode him and she took him to the Bundeschampionate as well and scored silver in the 4-year old riding horse stallion class.
In 2022 it was Lena Hassmann's turn in the saddle and she rode two shows with him, including the Hanoverian Young horse Championships in Verden, where they were fifth with 7.7.
There were no shows in 2023 nor 2024, but in 2025 Ibiza Dream returned to sport with his fourth rider, Beatrice Hoffrogge, who showed him at S-level in three shows.
Junior Rider Horse
Ibiza Dream sold four weeks ago to German junior rider Eve Catherine Bartels, who has been competing internationally with Villeneuve.
Bartels kept the purchase under wraps until her show debut last weekend at the local show in Darmstadt-Kranichstein, where they won the M-level test with 72.105%. They competed in a field of 19 riders.
"Four weeks ago, this special horse became part of our family and I couldn’t be happier," said Bartels. "He’s something truly special."
