The International Equestrian Federation (FEI) has appointed the ground jury that will officiate at the 2022 World Championships in Dressage in Herning, Denmark.

The FEI saw its last edition of the World Equestrian Games run in 2018 in Tryon. After another financial debacle, the concept of the World Equestrian Games was shelved and World Championships reverted to.

Herning will be hosting the 2022 World Championships in Dressage, Show Jumping and Vaulting.

The ground jury for dressage will include:

  • Susanne Baarup (DEN) - President
  • Raphaël Saleh (FRA)
  • Maribel Alonso de Quinzanos (MEX)
  • Mariëtte Sanders van Gansewinkel (NED)
  • Peter Storr (GBR)
  • Anne Gribbons (USA)
  • Elke Ebert (GER)

The first reserve is Christof Umbach (LUX), the second reserve Maria Schwennesen.

German judge Gotthilf Riexinger will serve as FEI Technical Delegate.
