Henning Lehrmann Joins German Olympic Dressage Selection Committee

Henning Lehrmann has been appointed member of the Germann Olympic Dressage Selection Committee.

The appointment was confirmed at the general assembly of the German Equestrian Federation in Münster on 3 May 2022. 

The 5* dressage judge will be replacing Heike Kemmer as committee member for pony and children dressage sport.

Kemmer, a former German Olympian and current Hanoverian stallion licensing committee member, resigned from the job due to time constraints. 

Henning Lehrmann is born in Lower Saxony and has ridden up to Grand Prix level. He achieved the Golden Rider's Badge. In 2018 he was promoted to 5* status as an FEI judge. Henning was president of the ground jury at the 2021 European Dressage Championships in Hagen. His daughter, Pia-Carlotta Gagel, competes at national junior riders' level.
