Jack Daniels N, a double Belgian WCYH participant and Young Horse Champion, has been sold to the U.S.A.
Jack Daniels N is a 9-year old SBS registered stallion by Apache out of Wunderliebchen (by Welt Hit II x Matador). He is bred by Jean van Laer at stud farm De Nayakker.
Young Horse Success
The bay stallion was licensed for the smaller Belgian SBS studbook.
He was initially trained by Nils Debo who rode the stallion to gold at the 2019 Belgian Young Horse Championships. After that he was produced to Grand Prix level by Nick van Laer (no relation to breeder Jean).
Under Nick Jack Daniels N represented Belgium at the 2021 and 2022 World Young Horse Championships, finishing 23rd in the 6-year old consolation and 15th in the 7-year old consolation. At the Belgian Young Horse Championships he won silver in 2021 and gold in 2022.
The pair did one CDI at medium tour level in Deauville (FRA) in July 2023 and scored 69.089 in the Inter B and 67.206% in the Inter II. He won the medium tour at the Belgian Dressage Championships. Since October 2023 he showed in eight Grand Prix tests at national shows in Belgium with scores between 66.2 and 69.07%
Sold to the U.S.A.
Jack Daniels N has now been sold to the U.S.A..
Horse dealer Nico Nyssen and his American associate Caroline Roffmann matched the horse to an anonymous buyer. The Wellington based Roffmann might take over the ride on the horse.
