Lavissaro, a German Children Champion and European junior team medal winning horse, is continuing his sport career with new riders onboard.

Lavissarois is a 14-year old Holsteiner by Lissaro van de Helle out of Zaviera (by Aljano x Cor de la Bryere ). He is bred by ZG Ellerbrock.

From Ellerbrock to Schmitz-Morkramer

Originally owned by Nina and Sonja Ellerbrock, the bay was first shown in the riding horse tests in 2015 at age 3 under Sabrina Labes. In 2016 Sonja took over the ride and she took him to the 2017 Bundeschampionate, where they were 14th in the consolation final.

The horse sold to the Schmitz-Morkramer family and in 2018 Olivia Schmitz-Morkramer showed the horse alongside Sonja. Olivia scored bronze at the 2018 German Children Championships in Munich.

In 2019 Allegra Schmitz-Morkramer began competing him, winning the Preis der Besten in the Children division and making their CDI debut in Hagen. They were selected on the German team for the 2019 European Children Championships in San Giovanni in Marignano (ITA) and won team and individual gold. They also won the German Children Championships in Zeiskam.

In 2020 Allegra and Lavissaro moved into the junior division and finished fourth in the kur at the Preis der Besten. At the 2020 European Junior Riders Championships in Pilisjaszfalu, there was team gold and they were 8th in the individual test. It was the pair's and horse's last international show. They won the 2020 German Junior Championships.

Allagra continued to show the bay at national level, moving him up to S-level in 2021 and doing some young riders' tests in 2022. She last showed him in 2023 after which her mom Christina took over the ride. She competed Lavissaro once in 2024.

Allegra Schmitz-Morkramer and her sister Helen were highly successful German team riders and European Champions, also on other horses. Both have quit competition sport -- Helena at the end 2022 and Allegra at the end of 2024 -- and chosen a new direction in life, for now.

New Rider

Coco and Lavissaro
In the autumn of 2025 Lavissaro was allocated to a new rider, Coco Maroscheck.

She debuted the gelding at the local show in Hamburg at M-level to a win. Two weeks later she rode him in Schenefeld.  The new duo has begun 2026 successfully with five starts in total so far, of which three were victories.

Coco is an experienced youth rider at national level, having already shown 6 different horses and ponies. She was on ponies until 2024, her main ride being Captain My Captain (by Cosmopolitan  x Noir de Luxe). In 2025 she showed Christina Ellendt's horses, the 9-year old Westfalian Diabas (by Don Nobless x Roh Magic) and  the 10-year old Holsteiner Zaimee (by Zack x Aljetto).
