Sofie Lexner's internationally competed small tour horse Kavira has been sold to a Swedish junior rider.
Kavira is an 11-year old Dutch warmblood mare by Franklin out of Davira (by Sorento x Jazz). He is bred by P. Janssen.
Auction Price Highlight
The bay Kavira twice sold as one of the best sellers of an auction: first as a foal in 2015 SELL Foal auction, selling for 39,000 euro, and then four years later again as a 4-year old at the
to Andreas Helgstrand for 210,000 euro.
In between she became the reserve champion of the 2018 KWPN Elite Mare show in Ermelo and was 6th in the 2018 VSN Trophy Finals as a 3-year old. In Denmark she was shown once by Meike Lang in a qualifier, held in Svenstrup, for the 2019 Danish young horse championships. She was third with 87.2 points.
Helgstrand re-sold the mare to the Swedish company Christinelund Dressage of the Linden-Urnes family and the ride on Kavira was allocated to Sofie Lexner.
Sofie Lexner
Lexner made her international debut on the mare at the 2022 World Young Horse Championships in Ermelo, finishing 15th in the 7-year old finals.

New Rider
Christinelund decided to sell Kavira and she has been acquired by a new Swedish junior rider, Siri Julander.
The pair made its show debut in Djursholm, Sweden, on 20 - 21 August, scoring 69,667% for the win in an M-level test. Last weekend they were back in Djursholm for two more M-tests and were second (69,605%) and fourth (68,636%).
The 16-year old Julander has previously been showing Weser Ems pony Hot Chocolate (by Hugo Boss x Handsome Boy) at national FEI pony level and 14-year old Hanoverian Royal Rubiniro (by Rubin Royal x De Niro).
