Four candidate venues have formally made their bid to host the 2021 European Under 25 Championships next summer.

The 2021 edition of these Championships for Under 25 Grand Prix riders was originally scheduled for Donaueschingen, Germany, but the venue pulled out due to the uncertainty with the corona situation.

In December the FEI had to reopen the bidding process and four candidates have come to the fore:

Hagen (GER) with the proposed dates 8 - 12 September 2021. This would make the U25 CH co-incide with the 2021 European Senior Dressage Championships at Hof Kasselmann in Hagen.

Pilisjaszfalu (HUN) at Stable Unikornis, the same venue that hosted the 2020 European Youth Championships. Dates still need to be decided. This venue has already been allocated the 2022 European Children and U25 Championships.

Valencia (ESP) with the proposed dates of 5 - 11 July. Valencia will also be hosting the 2021 European Children, Junior and Young Riders Championships.

Exloo (NED) with the proposed dates 11 - 15 August. Exloo hosted the 2018 European Under 25 Championships.

The definitive venue will be announced after the FEI Bureau Meeting in February 2021.
