KWPN, Number One WBFSH Dressage Studbook for 2023
The Studbook leading the WBFSH rankings in dressage this year is the KWPN studbook, which maintain the winning spot, having kept this position since 2017!
With 14,770 points gathered over the year, the horses that give KWPN its points are the following six Grand Prix horses, of which interestingly three are sired by German bred stallions. They are:

- Fame (by Bordeaux) – 2302 points

In second place is the German Oldenburg Verband (GOV) with 13,599 points. Their top contributors are: Blue Hors Zepter, Bluetooth, Dante Weltino, Total Hope, Westminster, and Sir Donnerhall II.
The German Hanoverian Society has placed third with 12,461 points. Their top Grand Prix horses are: Franziskus, Blue Hors St. Schufro, Davinia La Douce, Destacado, Thranegaardens Rostov, and Lord Django.

Druckenmüller, WBFSH Breeder of the Year 2023
For the 3rd year in a row, this year’s Dressage Breeder Award goes to late Silke Druckenmüller, who tragically passed only a few weeks ago. She received the honour of the award for breeding the exceptional Trakehner mare TSF Dalera, a daughter of Easy Game out of Dark Magic by Handryk. Together with rider Jessica von Bredow-Werndl (GER), they are simply unstoppable: a European Gold medal, amazing results at the Olympics, World-Cup titles and numerous Grand Prix victories over the past 3 years. As a matter of facts, no later than a month ago they once again won not one but three Grand Prix in Riesenbeck. Nothing can seem to stop this incredible duo from always being on the dressage podiums, aiming for the Paris Olympics in 2024!
