Madeleine Winter-Schulze, long-time sponsor of Isabell Werth, has invested in the rising 5-year old KWPN bred stallion Majestic Taongo.

She has become co-owner of the horse together with Helgstrand Dressage, but the black has moved to Germany and is currently based at Tobias Schult's yard.

KWPN Presented, Danish Licensing

Majestic Taonga is a 2017 born stallion by Toto Jr out of Jamsession Taonga (by Jazz x Hotline). He is bred by Willeke Bos at Stal 104 in The Netherlands.

Majestic was named premium stallion at the 2020 KWPN Stallion Licensing, where he was presented by the breeder and co-owned by Helgstrand Dressage. The colt never did his performance test in The Netherlands, nor did they request dispensation which was possible in the 2020 corona year, so he ended up not KWPN approved.

Instead he moved to Denmark where he was licensed at the 2020 Danish Warmblood Stallion Licensing in Herning. He did the 35-day Danish stallion performance test in the autumn of 2020 and scored 809,5 points. All Danish licensed stallions are represented as 4-year olds and Majestic again received the seal of approval.

Majestic was only once competed in his life, so far, by Finnish Merita Hagren at the Danish young horse championship qualifier in Svenstrup in September 2021 but he got rung out of the 4-year old qualifier.

Move to Germany

The stallion has now moved to Hunxe, Germany, where he will continue his career as a future sport prospect for Isabell Werth.

Willeke Bos told Eurodressage she no longer had ownership shares in the stallion.

Isabell Werth confirmed to Eurodressage that Madeleine Winter-Schulze has become the co-owner.

"Madeleine has bought the half of Majestic Taonga for me, the other half is owned by Helgstrand dressage still," said Isabell. "It is a super horse and stallion."
