Zouzo Majishan, a former Hanoverian auction price highlight with a sport career in France and Denmark, found a new home in Switzerland and made his international small tour debut this weekend at the 2025 CDI Ornago.
Zouzo is a 10-year old Hanoverian by Zack out of Sally (by Soliman de Hus x Fielman). He is bred by Günter Röhrich.
A Start in France
First owned by Wilhelm Klausing, the dark bay got approved at the 2017 Hanoverian stallion licensing in Verden. He fulfilled a part of his licensing obligation through sport.
Swiss investor Helen Bloechlinger bought Zouzo for 165,000 euro as the price highlight of the 2019 Hanoverian Spring Elite Auction in Verden, Germany. She did so in partnership with with French Grand Prix riders Charlotte Chalvignac and her husband Jean François Vesin
He moved in training with Chalvignac-Vesin and received the suffix "Majishan" behind his name. Chalvignac and Zouzo made their international show debut in the 5-year old tests at the two back-to-back CDI's in Cascais, Portugal, where they scored between 82 and 89 points.
French Based, Danish Ownership
As a new scout for Helgstrand Dressage Vincent Guilloteau pitched Zouzo to Andreas Helgstrand and the Dane made a purchase offer which was accepted.
Move to Germany
Zouzo then moved to Patrik Kittel's yard in Germany, where Malin Wahlkamp-Nilsson took over the ride.
She showed Zouzo nationally first in March 2022 in Ankum and rode the qualifier for the Nurnberger Burgpokal in Hagen and Verden.
Move to Denmark and Back to Germany
In 2023 Zouzo Majishan sold on paper to Dennis Fisker Dressage Academy but the ride was allocated to his student and business partner, Danish junior rider Sophia Obel Jorgensen.
She premiered the horse nationally at MB2 level in March 2023 and a month later rode her first and only CDI with him at junior level in Tolbert, The Netherlands. They were third in the team test, 13th in the individual and 7th in the Kur. Tolbert was the pair's last show.
Zouzo was sent back to Germany and Malin showed him one more time in June 2023 at a local show in Nienberge-Schonebeck.
A New Home in Switzerland
Zouzo disappeared from the rader for a while to resurface in Switzerland a year later. He sold to Corina and Kendall Stevens, but this ownership changed to Christian Meyer and Fabio Tino more recently.

Under the 37-year old Fabio Tino, who is based at Markus Graf's Stall Mainau, Zouzo made his show come back at the CDN Ibach at M-level in September 2024. Five months later the pair premiered at small tour level at the CDN Bern (28 February - 1 March 2025), posting a 68.38% score in the Prix St Georges.
"After one month training in the UK at Carl Hester’s last December, where we could learn a lot, we started our season in February this year at a national show in Bern - Switzerland, where he was twice classified in the small tour," said Tino.
Their international show debut was this weekend in Ornago, Italy, where Fabio and Zouzo were 5th in the Prix St Georges with 68.333% and 6th in the Intermediaire I with 67.206%.
Tino began his international show career as a show jumping rider back in 2015, competing at Amateur level. In 2021 he debuted at international dressage level riding the then 5-year old Hanoverian Golden Sare TM (by St. Schufro x L'Espoir), owned by Christian Meyer.
"I think the future is looking good, Zouzo is only 10 years old and has still a lot to learn and give," Fabio added.
