2026 Swiss Dressage Championships

Pony rider Lennja Keller, children rider Sina Willener, junior rider Mirjam Bachmann, young rider Mia Walser, Under 25 rider Milena Sulzer and senior Grand Prix rider Charlotta Rogerson became the winners of the 2026 Swiss Dressage Championships held in Hüntwangen on 12 - 14 June 2026.

The Swiss Nationals were organized by Fritz Pfändler and Gilles Ngovan near Zurich. In the six divisions that were held not a single title defender was able to reclaim gold this year so the Championships brought six new titlists to the fore.

First Senior Title for Rogerson

Charlotta “Kiki” Rogerson won her first senior Grand Prix title after stepping into the senior division in 2023 following a highly successful career in youth sport. It had been three times silver for her in previous years, but she finally found that golden streak after winning all three rounds aboard the 14-year old KWPN bred Bonheur de la Vie (by Bordeaux x Tuschinski). She scored 72.680% in the Grand Prix, 72,980% in the Special and 78.920% in theKur.

The Lucerne native was thrilled with the accomplishment. “I’m happy, relieved, and simply grateful that I get to ride such a horse and that we were able to show what we’re capable of today,” Rogerson said happily.

The silver medal went to Delia Eggenberger with Isabelle Ros' 11-year-old Hof Kasselmann sourced Santa Maria (by Sandro Marinero out of an unregistered mare). The bronze was for Estelle Wettstein on her long-time Grand Prix partner Quaterboy.

Youth Sport

In the Children’s category, consistency proved to be the key to success. Sina Willener secured the championship title with the 17-year old Oldenburg bred jumper Delicieux (by Diarado x N-Aldato) thanks to two second-place finishes and a total average score of. 69.95%

Lennja Keller provided a surprise in the pony division. The 13-year-old only obtained her dressage license at the end of March and qualified for the championships at the last minute. Riding the 9-year old Hanoverian pony Del Rey (by Desperados HW x Dance Star AT) she won both qualifying competitions and secured the gold medal. Keller trains with Christina Mörtl-Kunz.

The junior division had the largest field of participants with 14 riders. Mirjam Bachmann won gold aboard Rogerson’s former Grand Prix mare and Swiss team horse Famora. “That feels really good,” laughed the business school student, who will turn 17 in a few weeks. She was quite nervous as the interim leader. “It was so important to me to show my team and myself what this unique horse is capable of – and I’m so happy that we succeeded."

In the Young Riders category Mia Sanna Walser secured the gold medal with the Hanoverian mare Jetset FRH (by Johnson x Beltoni).

In the U25 women’s category, Milena Sophia Sulzer came out on top. After winning silver last year, she now claimed the championship title with her 11-year-old Westphalian mare Roksanda in both the Grand Prix and the freestyle.
